The activities associated with D & L Outback Drovers Cattle Drive may
require a greater than normal level of physical exertion. All
participants need to be aware of their physical limitations and
ensure that their fitness is at a suitable level before commencing
the tour. Any pre-existing illnesses must be notified to your booking
agent prior to your departure. You are advised to bring adequate
supplies of any medication that you may require. Due to the
remoteness of the event, it may not be possible to obtain medication
whilst in the outback or remote areas.
Liability
D & L Outback Drovers accepts no responsibility for any loss of or
damage to the participants' personal effects, luggage and belongings.
D & L Outback Drovers shall not be held liable for any injury, death,
illness, damage or loss to the participant (unless proven to be
caused by the negligence of D & L Outback Drovers) whilst engaged in
any of the activities or tours associated with the D & L Outback
Drover's Cattle Drive. We strongly recommend you obtain adequate
travel and medical insurance.
Right of Refusal
D & L Outback Drovers reserves the right to refuse to carry any
participant or the right to refuse permission to be engaged in any
particular activities if any actions by the participant are deemed to
be harmful to the safety or comfort of other members of the group
and/or the operators. |
